No, silly, the KDUR Fall Fundraiser!

Each year, the task is to come up with a new theme for the Fall Fundraiser drive, appropriate for that year’s events locally or nationally — while driving home the important message that KDUR is a local public radio station.

This year, KDUR is celebrating 35 glorious years of public radio in the 4 Corners. So, naturally, a 70’s themed ‘Family Affair’ poster and t-shirts were the idea for the drive. The poster displays photos of the past station managers in a groovy family tree. To score a ‘hip’ tee & beanie, become a KDUR member October 16-23, 2009.

This year the poster was designed with the sponsors in mind. There are so many great ones, we wanted to make sure that they were given more than the token bottom line. The theme, while some may say is very avant-psychedelic, I say its how you feel when you finally cross the finish line after riding 100 miles. A little swoopy and ready for a beer!
